U-Joints or Rear End?
If u-joints are bad..with they make the most noise or vibration at low speeds like turning ina parking lot or making a u-turn at low speeds? If so..then i am good..because that is an easy fix more or less

U-joint are easy to test. Grab the d-shaft when the truck is parked in gear and try to turn it. If the u-joint are worn you will be able to feel the play, if they are really gone you will be able to see / hear them clunk.
If it the rear end you can put the rear on jack stands and rotate the tires by hand. If there is something wrong (or horribly wrong) you should be able to feel it.

I have pictures in my gallery of when the bearings in the rear went bad and I didn't notice it time time. U-joints would have been a whole lot cheaper!

turned out that the U-joints were OK..and I just added some Limited Slip Additive to the rear end to see if that chattering/vibration could have been that, even the oil back there looked fresh..can't figure it out..oh well.
