so to adjust these screws you gotta drop the pan? that sounds like a pain in the azz if you get it wrong, then you gotta pull the pan again and again...

Just give it the amount of turns in the thread. I think I said 6 on LP, 2 or 3 on TV. You can't screw it up unless you give them way too many turns. Don't do more than 6 on the LP and you'll be fine. Besides, it's probably time to change the ATF anyway!

Ok I need to change my tranny fluid anyway so I may attempt to adjust my line pressure.
So I want to get my TC to lockup sooner and get less slip. Also I would like for my tranny to shift out of OD a little sooner when pulling a hill. or should I just manually take it out myself? It won't downshift unless I'm below 55mph.
I read one post in this thread that says to turn the line pressure screw CCW to increase but another says clockwise.
