turbo

whats the best way to get the stock turbo off? All my bolts are rusted and wont break loose

have you tried soaking them with PB blaster?

soak em wit a good penetrant and wait a day, then go for it. bolts been in a rust area for 13 years its gonna take a little tinkering to get em off. they will be tight. i impact the wrench with a hammer a few times to try and shatter some of the rust. usually works pretty good.have yet to break one off that way. yer not trying to ring the bell with the hammer just a couple firm taps to get it started moving. (front bottom nut is bear, do it first then the rest seem easy)

PB blast soak and try letting the engine run and warm up and hitting warm bolts.

Make sure to use a six point socket, twelve points tend to strip the heads.

pb blaster is the best heat up the truck so it soaks in leave it for at least a good few hours or over night
