transfer case shifter and NV4500

I changed my auto to NV4500, and am ready to start finishing the interior. The two shifters are now too close together to use the separate boots and mounting bases. Anyone make a custom one that looks stock?

Its the factory boot. You'll have to find your own... mine is staying with the NV4500 & NV241HD I kept from the truck.
