re electronic governor. rh hydralic governor. the pic appears to be rh. I am sure the 96's were all re though, maybe not.

Just a side note.
BD Pressure Loc only functions when the torque converter is locked. It rotates the throttle valve on the trany which increases pressure.

Using the valve body screw increases overal line pressure.
