Tracking down a sound

Tracking down a sound

I have a sound coming from what seems like the center of the driver side of the engine, I just noticed the sound and it seems to happen irregular when hot, I was thinking maybe lift pump?

It might be the fuel pump rod tapping on the cam.

Hard to tell...it kind of sounds like the lift pump...

Intermittant, ticking or tapping noise? I would have to say its probably the lift pump

I got all three, I will replace the lift pump and see if that helps
