Hi Guys

I had my local parts house drop me off a new TPS ... I was like wow only 50 bucks ... It was the wrong TPS ...It had a connector that came out the side not the bottom , and it was like 3 times the size of my plug ... the part # th145 ...it was a standard brand .

So I had to go there location ...it's not a small mom and pop place ... They tried to cross the # on my old one and came up dry ... I was looking throught there applacation book ... there computer still said that 96 and 97 were the same .

So I was looking through there book and found a TH175 ...it looked just like mine and the computer and book both said it was for a diesel with an auto ...thats me ... but it said the year was 94 .

I had in bring it in to his location so I can match it up ...The price is 200 bucks ... anyone have any problems like I'm having ...LOL

Or if you have a napa part # that would be help full.

I bought mine at NAPA a couple of yrs ago. Part number for my 95 is, 2-19233
Yours should be the same as mine.
Have you tried cleaning your old one?

 

I just picked up the one that brought in ... I matched them up ...they both had the # 3930318 ... so I took it ... It should be the same .
