Only once after I swapped in the 47RH, thought I broke the flex plate with all the noise it was making.
I used locktite this time. I used blue, I don't know if red would be a good idea or not.
If their coming loose repeatedly you could have other problems. It wore the bolt holes in mine egg shaped and the center hub had strange wear patterns on it.
