Diesel in my 85

Ive come into a pretty nice 85 w350 but it only has a 318 in it (the 360 was blown up) so i was thinking of doing the diesel swap in it, probably a 12v out of a 2nd gen. Now ive searched and I know it should drop in no problems(it has Dana 60s front and back), but im just not sure what all i would need to do the complete swap. As I see it ill need:

-a 12v motor
-a tranny to back it up
-computer and wiring harness
-redo fuel lines
-new tranny crossmember(maybe?)
-maybe beef up the frame a we little bit

To my knowledge i see that as what needs to be done, but does anyone else know what more ill need to do or what i wont need to do?

I seen where a guy out of Calgary Alberta did what you want to do. I wished I knew where it was. He did a really nice job. It went in real nice. His major concern if I remember right was the rad fit. It fit in nice in the end, and he went from Calgary to I believe southern California towing a RV trailer. He was very happy with the change. Sorry I can't remember where I seen it. The 60 in the back may be to small though.

Wow! A whole forum dedicated just to 4bta swaps. Amazing...

And apparently the 4bt's have the KDP issue as well.
