Is there a gasket or o ring for the turbo drain tube?
There is a gasket between the turbo and the drain tube and if memory serves at the base of the tube there is a short piece of rubber hose that connects the drain tube to a tube that is almost a press fit into the block. The rubber hose is held on with 2 hose clamps that will sometimes work loose. You might check those clamps and the rubber hose if your leak is down low, if it's up at the turbo you might check the gasket at the bottom of the turbo, it's held on with 2 bolts that have what I want to say is a 10mm head.

Any chance of that press in leaking?
Probably not, I want to say that hose is 3/4ID and is no more than 2 or 3 inches long......it's probably not the right kind of hose but I think I used heater hose when I replaced mine...that was about 2 years ago and no problems since.
