ok fellas...i am wondering if this is feasable???i have both a '98 1 ton and a '01 ton both with automatics.......but the '01 has a 89% tc, valve body, and clutches. i want to switch the trannies out. i am wondering if there is any electrical differences between the two and what other probs if any there might be???one is a 12 valve and the other is a 24 valve obviously. both are 4wd..... i have gotten quotes for $560 and $700...reasonable???

 

560 sounds very reasonable to me.
