FYI
I use 17 qts of Rotella 15-40w oil and added two 4 oz bottles of ZDDP and the Zinc rose from 1200 to 1900 ppm and the Phosphorus went from 1030 to 1600 ppm sampled by Blackstone Labs at 6000 miles.
Probably one bottle of ZDDP would be enough.
The oil change before this was at 8000 miles and the zinc was still at 1700 and the Phosphorus was 1450 ppm.
Two qts makeup oil added each time to make up for changes in the Franz bypass oil filter.
Engine wear was below minimums every oil sample.
