Spindle Nut Help

I was going to put some new rotors on today but I've ran into a small hold up. I broke a few 1/2 drive extentions tying to get the drivers side spindle nut loose. I hit it with PB blaster 30 min. before but I think I'm going to need something more. Any tips? Thanks

Try some heat.
Sometimes they get galled on and you have to split the nut with a grinder or nut splitter to get it off without taking off the threads on the axle end ($$$)
If you have to resort to a 6' cheater bar chances are high that you might take the axle threads off with the nut.

I ended up cutting the nut with a dremel and splitting it with a chisle. I did take some threads off but I"m going to add a few washers with the new nut and I should be able to get some bite. I'll have to find some other way than a cotter pin to secure it though.
