Hey All. I just purchased a 90 350 4x4, auto trans. It has 250,000 on it. It runs like a champ, and doesn't use any oil. only problem it is gutless. It has a straight 3"pipe, soon to have 4" to a stack. I want to do some pump work and have been reading different forums about changing the governor spring and grinding the foot off it. I am a seasoned diesel driver, and am not worried about smoking anybody out. I also pull a 35' travel trail with this truck. I also plan on changing the turbo to an oversized one. Any ideas on how I can turn this truck up without out taking it to a pump specialist and spending my life savings. Thanx for any ideas....

 

Welcome, there are mods you can do to increase power but you're asking in the wrong place. You would get more response in the 1st generation forum.
