Seeking advice with injection pump

Hello all. I had issues with the 95 2500 shutting down. I started with shutoff solenoid, then the lift pump, now the tank was dropped and cleaned and sending unit disassemble and cleaned, and pre heater screen and O-rings replaced, finally a fuel filter. I can prime the system to the injection pump. My problem is that it will not start!! I'm not getting fuel to the injectors, so I went to the pump and nothing being released to the lines. I used starting fluid to get her to run to bleed out the rest of the way, but to no avail?????? Any help would be greatly appreciated and a response will be returned. Thank you

Take a look whether the lever that is actuated by the solenoid rotates the shaft or not.

Yep, first thing, make sure the fuel lever is coming up to the run position.

I read your post and am confused, you say your having trouble with it shutting down and then move on to say you cannot get it started. How can it shutdown if its not starting?

I will assume it is not wanting to remain running after it is at operating temp? Your symptoms sound like a bad injection pump. If you know your injection pump is primed then your next troubleshooting step would be to pull an injection line off and re position it into a bucket, their is a specific volume the pump should produce per a specific cranking time as listed in the service manual
