Screwed my Transfer Case, How bad ???

First snow of the season and ended up driving on wet pavement on 4 high.

'95 Dodge 12V NV4500

I have a manual front diff cable to lock.

Now when in 4 high there is no output at all front or rear, just a bad noise.

4 Low works fine.

Did I shear off the dog teeth on the 4 High shaft hub??? Or is the linkage no engaging correctly? Anyone with similar symptoms?

I want to find out more before I tear down the Tcase and be out a vehicle while waitng for parts etc.

Any ideas????

I found that by moving my shifter I have been able to engage it in 4 High. I'll have to look at the holding mech to ensure it's in the correct position.

Check the linkage I bent mine some how last year wouldn't shift out of 4hi, lubed up everything and straitened the rod and now it's fine.
