When I start it, especially when it is cold, it runs rough and puts out a good bit of smoke. If I try to start driving to soon you can tell that it is missing bad. Once it warms up it seems to run fine.

Is it the injectors or what?????

Sounds like air in you fuel system. After it gets purged it runs fine.
