Retourquing the head?

Retourquing the head?

Kinda hopin to get some quick input on this one. The head gasket is weeping at #1 side above thermo as I mentioned. This is on a 95 12v with 140K on it. Ive read retourquing is a option? is this a bad idea or? havent got much to loose I suppose but it still is driveable etc and I dont wanna chance screwing that up.

any vapor in the exhast? milky oil? or just an external coolant leak?
