Rebuild / replacing the P7100.. options..
There are soo many different options around, but I'd like to hear what people used, and how much $ it ran.
Sooo.. maybe this is a good time to upgrade to a 215 pump? Running the stock 180 now with just a GSK & plate. Not looking for a TON more fuel, I just would like to be able to pull the plate back some and deliver the same amount of fuel.
My pump is just tired.. needs to be freshened at 270k miles.

It depends on your objective. Do you want to make the big hp numbers? If you do, buy a competition pump.
If you just want a little more fun, your current pump is enough; presuming nothing is broken. Take it to a diesel injection place. Most major cities have them and they typically have a logical name, ie Columbus Diesel. Ask them to maximize the output within Bosch's accepted variances between barrels. If they say "We only set them to original spec", find another shop.
