Does anyone know if a predator programmer can work on our trucks? Could you reprogram an older 47-rh's overdrive? Or what does work?

Doubt it.
No computer to reprogram in a 12 valve truck.
47RH, H=Hydraulic, unlike the 47RE where E=Electronic.
