p7100 pump removal

What is the easiest way to take this pump out, without screwing up the timing?

set the engine to TDC, then make sure the pump you put back on is pinned to the timing you want.....don't forget to unpin the pump before turning motor over

You dont need to worry about it when you remove, when you go to reinstall you need to use the timing pin on the gear cover and the side of your pump. Its pretty easy. I or someone else can walk you through it when you get that far. Junk one out or swapping for a upgrade???
