No Heat, Hard Brakes, Oil leak, Heater wont switch
 

So I have a 90 dodge non intercooled is my vacuum pump out?????

check you vaccuum lines if any one pop loose you will have this same problem probably not the pump check all the connections up around the firewall between the master cylinder and the motor on my 96 i have 3 connections there and once in awhile one comes loose

If your leaking oil your vacuum pump is almost guaranteed to be at fault...with just a vacuum leak you wouldn't have that severe of symptoms.
