without the wastgate theres no way to put the fire out. Is your wastegate disconnected?

could be that your govener arm is going under your plate. You have got to have the afc tuned just right to minimize smoke. everything forward is not always best. But when you turn these pumps up and they start to defuel they are going to smoke at WOT. mine justs hazes abit at WOT and my preboost smoke will clear up in 2 to3 seconds.

once your truck starts to defuel your not delivering as much fuel to feed that ctd. When that happens turbo slows and is not producing enough boost clear the smoke.

with boost you shouldn't have smoke? If your smoking while in the curve might have intercooler boot off or bad turbo. I have 370's in my rig and they don't smoke with boost. Maybe I am not understanding what your describing completly. All that matters is that you got it running the way you want it to.

turbo is good... already treplaced a bad one with this one... and ll boots are on...

i guess it has to do with the plate, and that its a 215 pump...

mine didn't smoke with just a plate, just a little with 370's and the dv's really brought it on. i still think you have a boost leak somewhere. i finally realized what these guys meant that smoke don't equal power. yeah smoke is cool , but any more fueling mods before getting a bigger turbo is a waste of money. i easily have enough fuel to get over 500hp, but i dynoed this summer at 296hp using a stock turbo
