IF not napa, does anyone else have any suggestions for good tie rods for the truck? this weekend they are goin in as well as the thuren trackbar...
Any other suggestions for fixin this front end and fixin it right? How does one know if the ball joints are bad too?

TY in advance!

Have you looked into the Lukes Links ?
With the ball joints , get the ft end off the ground , grab the top & bottom of tire , push one while pulling the other , if you feel any slop , with some experience you can judge how bad / how many miles you can get , then also a 3' pry bar , and pry between ball joint & axial , side to side .
Here's a link for parts & other related .

im still lookin for the actual parts for the truck. I need the tie rod ends to redo the whole front end. Hadnt even thought of lukes links..
I wanna do the front end once, and do it right (now that i can afford to)

PS so on a serious note, what is needed to fix this front end and fix it right 100%?
Advance auto carries TRW and I believe that they can also get moog. Check out their site as it is throught parts america. Rockauto.com is another really good source if you have a few days to wait. I would suggest changing the front springs, shocks, and the swaybar end links while you are in there. The endlinks made a world of difference on mine being they help locate the axle.

Swaybar end links need tending too, i know that for sure... Springs are less than a year old as well...
