Major Drivetrain problems
Major Drivetrain problems
I have a lose front end that is killing me has new tie rods ball joints sway bar bushings and track bar but the dang thing is still loose up front and likes to go where ever the pot holes tell it plus just put in a new transfer case cause the old one cracked and now its leaking had u joints replaced drive shaft balanced what could be causing this
Large tires and lack of steering damping can cause wander. Alignment with bad caster / toe can do weird things too.
Id have it re-aligned and have them inspect the balljoints with a prybar. Also maybe invest in a good dual-damper setup if you run wide tires.
Where is the tcase leaking? at the output shaft? You might need a new seal or speedi-sleeve to cover a groove.
Its normal for a new seal to leak when installed on a grooved shaft.
