Screws into the front of the inj pump at the end of the rack, and it increases rack travel.

The Mack rack plug is a last ditch effort to gain max rack travel from the 160-190 P7100 pumps. This mod is worth 30-60 HP after you do the afc and fuel plate mods. This mod will hurt performance on 215-230 pumps.

I dont have a pic but your stock plug is 2000 and the mack plug is a 2095. You can get one at a pump shop (piers, schied) or search around on the internet.

So why would it give gains on a 180 but not on a 215 pump?

Cause I've been lookin for cheap upgrades to compliment the washer mod and grinding the fuel plate and whatnot...
