i just bout a 97 12 valve and it has some 370 injectors and delivery valves, along with a plate. it runs very well and idles perfect, it just cranks a lot before starting, and if you touch the pedal while cranking it will fire right up, but on its own it takes a lot of cranking, about 3-4 seconds. any ideas why?

 

Often it's simply a matter of the idle speed being too low. The tip of the idle screw wears where it contacts the lever, and the setting slowly gets lower. With your engine warm, your idle speed in neutral should be about 850 rpm.
