Intercooler leaks

I have been checking my intercooler for leaks. I set up a 4" pipe plug tapped for a air chuck and 30psi gauge. I pushed in about 10 psi to charge the system. I did find two small leaks, now repaired, but I hear a small hissing from somewhere around the AFC. I sprayed soap, but no bubbles were seen. I am not sure if the sound is internal, or a real leak. It takes about 40-45 seconds for the system to drop to 0psi from 10psi. Is this normal? Is the system airtight, or should it drop in psi when charged? Can the AFC have a internal leak? Does a small leak in the intercooler system have a large impact on performance? My truck has ZERO power, especially in the low end.
Thanks in advance.

1) could be your boost elbow that came with the tst plate ?
2) your intake boost line.
3) the afc has a leak underneath the diaphram.

also, spray around the intake plate ( could be the intake gasket ).
