how much fluid
when i change my tranny filter next week how much fluid does it take to refill the trans at work the computer says only 4qts

If your just going to drop the pan , 5-6 quarts should top it back off easily.

The whole tranny lube system , holds 16-18 quarts i think, but that includes the cooler , and heat exchanger.

how do i get the rest of the fluid without paying through the noise for a flush
