horsepower estimate and questions

Here' s my specs. 96 12 v, 180hp pump with 0 plate full forward and 4k GSK. Timing at 16.5*
3rd gen turbo and 4" straight exhaust.

I would guess that I'm making a little more than 180hp. Any educated guesses as to how much? Keep in mind that I have very little blow by. I lost my oil fill cap while returning from N.C. and drove home to Florida with little more than some light mist on the front cover.

would a lower number plate (6,8) do any better? I've given thought to bigger injectors but have heard horror stories of washing cylinders and such. Are there any reliable injectors to be had and where? I would be happy with 350-400hp. Would my current set up support that kind of power or would a bigger turbo be needed?
