Help! have no tc lock up will travel.

well I did the trans temp resister thing and got a tach signal and am charging and have overdrive but... no tc converter lock up. what does the vss need for a signal or am i going the wrong direction. I'm going out to check and adjust the tps right now. thanks.

id skip all the hulabalou and jus put a manual lockup switch in it

My wife will be driving it most of the time and I really want to figure it out. I took the vss out and checked, it seems to be working and all the complete curcuit to the pcm. Then I checked the 8 volt reference wire, its right but, the signal wire has 5 volts coming out of the pcm and that makes no sense to me Im afraid the pcm is bad.

nope I didnt have the brake light switch hooked up, works good.
