Head Gasket question and need suggestions

Well i think i blowed my head gasket so its time for some head studs or fire rings. So my Question is what is the difference between head studs and o-ringing/ fire ringing the head (holds more pressure, cost, ect.)? What would be best for my truck? My mods now are a #0 plate slid forward, straight pipe exhaust, afc forward. Now i plan on doing some other work at the same time. I plan on doing 370 injectors, a bigger turbo (not sure what turbo yet), possibly a cam, valve springs and a 4,000 gsk kit. Maybe a few more things, not sure yet. So again what would be best as far as the head gasket?

Well from my understanding O-rings just get cut into the head and go between the gasket's fire ring and the head, while with a Fire Ring kit it is a solid ring that is cut into the head (sometimes the block as well) and replaces the gasket's fire ring, basically making its 1 ring do the job of the 2.

I know there is a bunch of people with o-rings so i guess it is a good way to go. I went with the fire ring kit from haisley and i havent had any probems so far.
