Head gasket identification

How do I tell if I have a standard , 10 or 20 ? I just took the head to the machine shop today. Shop owner said I need to go back with what I took out. I cant seem to see anything on the gasket that would say what thickness it is .

id wud venture to say you have the original head gasket. get a new set of head bolts to put it back together. or you cud go for some head studs... haha. if you can get ahold of original owner ask them if they ever did a head gasket. 150k id say is really good chance thats factory HG

The dots on the steel tab indicate what if is. No dots stock. one dot step one. Two dots is step two.

Is the metal tab in the corner or on the side ? I would say it is factory. Bolts look like they have never been touched.

The compressed height of the stock gasket is around .060", IIRC.
