I'm having problems getting my rebuilt injection pump up to power like the old one.I installed the #10 plate,star screw all the way forward.Smoke screw agjusted for Max smoke.This weekend it was timed.The timing was already set to 16 degrees.All throttle linkage check,shutoff checked.Govenor was ckecked(riding a little high but was ok).I'm not getting the kick I use to have when the turbo would catch up.Max boost is 25PSI and EGT is Max about 1000.New LP installed about 4 months ago with new lines.We did notice more of a gray smoke than black.Is this a sign of the problem I'm having??

 

I think we found the problem...Have to check if we zero the dial indicator at TDC and added 6.4MM..
