Fuel Plate

I have heard mixed reviews on taking the fuel plate out and not taking it out. I thought that a # 0 fuel plate was the same as just taking it out. I have mine out now and have had it out for a few days seems to be no problems. I just would like some more knowledge. thanks.

All I can say is go to a dyno, and make several runs and see if it actually makes more with the plate out.

I've gotten to do lots of dyno tuning, and I've never see it make more with it out, in fact a plate slid 3/4 of the way forward seems to max from my experience.

It depends on your setup.....If your Afc foot is stock, pulling your plate wont make any difference.

Sorry about that.
The write up is very good and is something I'd never seen before.
Well worth joining the free site if only to see the one page.

To there are a couple issue's , I do not have the time , or want to fill up the computer with stuff with out a look 1st , if a site looks good then I may join , but not if I can not get a look [ I do not buy sight unseen either ] .
Is there a problem with sharing info between sites ?
As for info on fuel plate and taking out , I've read both sides , I do not have one except , play safe , do not do something up till you know , if thats how you do things lets us in on the damage done .
