Frequent stalling at idle

Frequent stalling at idle
When I use biodiesel fuel (the kind made from WVO - waste vegetable oil, not the kind made from soybeans), my 96 Dodge with the 5.9 liter cummins frequently stalls out. It will idle fine at a stop light but then all of a sudden it will just die. This only happens at idle.
I used to use biodiesel 100% of the time. Used B100 in the summer and B80 or less in colder weather. I am in south Texas so it is pretty warm most of the year.
I am experimenting by just using #2 diesel and the engine is rarely stalling out. I reckon what little water is in the biodiesel is still in my fuel tank. I have no fuel/water separator. I have been using Biokleen frequently and have experimented with adding, a few times, a product that is supposed to remove water.
I am selling my 96 club cab 8' bed truck and must have an answer for the next owner. It only has 138,000 miles on it.
Anyone have any clues about what to do? Thank you in advance!!

sounds like and air leak or a fuel line plugging. check all the flexible hoses.
boidiesel isn't the cause of the stalling. I have 2 vehicles running it now and soon a 3rd. both run just the same as on diesel. My bus had problems when I started switching to biodiesel. I found out the old fuel lines were plugged on the inside but look fine on the outside, ie no leaking.

Bio diesel is made from any fatty oil , animal , plant , new or used oil , unless your making your own , then you just happen to know which , chemically its all the same .
What is the idle ?
Why do you think there is water ? , making your own , and not drying the bio completely ?

This is a commercial biodiesel. I'm not making my self. She idles around 400 rpm. What should it idle at and is the idling screw easily available? Thank all of yall. You are really helpful!

Thats way too low.Should be around750-800 rpm with the truck in gear and the AC on high.Adjstment is on the back of the p-pump down low.Need a 10mm wrench to loosen nut and can usually turn the idle screw by hand and then retighten.

What is the "p-pump" and where is this located? (sorry, newbie) My 97 idles low as well...
