freeze plug ?

I noticed a leaking freeze plug when I replaced my exhaust manifold this past weekend.
Is there anything special I need to know before I get started?
Are they pretty standard or do I get them from Cummins?

Thanks

They are pretty standard, but I try to use Cummins parts on that stuff, in case there is a minor difference. That is just me though.

I always drive a punch though them then use it to wedge them out. They come out easily.
I then use a piece of PVC pipe or PCV coupling that fits tight to the od of the new one to drive it in. Clean any antifreeze deposits with a wire brush first.
