A friend of mine who works on trucks(diesel) where I work explained to me how low fuel pressure can effect an emissions test since the injectors are not getting the proper pressure for proper atomization of the fuel.
So I guess from here I'll have to check the pressure to make sure thats not the problem.
First I have to just get my truck to pass so I can so I can drive to work with out worrying about getting a ticket untill I fix this problem. So either I'll dump some kero in the fuel or just use the suggestions you guy gave. Even thou the kero sounds alot easier to do for the test.
