I just finished doing the kdp on my 1994 cummins 5.9 had to repair back plate . Removed cam gear and took out pump (p7100) When i put in the timming pin i noticed that the cam gear timming pin wouldnt go in and my crank and cam gears were lined up but not TDC had to rotate crank to find TDC on Injection pump (p7100) why ? it was running great just had a oil leak where KDP had broke case . was the pump advanced or what? Bought this truck used when i bought it it was boosting 35 to 40 pounds now it maxes out at 12 pounds what did i do?
