I assume you're talking about the truck in your sig?

If so,

Turn the key on (don't start), off, on, off, on and the codes will flash in the odometer window.

Most codes can be retrieved this way, but not all.

You have to have a DRB tool to get an accurate reading.
Most auto parts stores (at least Autozone) will scan them for free.
