Clutch...or Tire Spin ??
EVERY ONCE-IN-AWILE FOR THE PAST YEAR MY CLUTCH IS SPINNING OR ITS MY TIRES ( FOUR ! ). WHEN EVER I START TO REACH FULL BOOST, MY RPM'S WILL JUMP UP 250+ SOMETIMES TO REDLINE.I JUST DID THE THIRD GEAR TEST AND PASSED. ONLY DOES THIS AT 4/5 GEAR ??

You're saying it does not slip in 3rd, but does in 4th/5th? Then it's the clutch. If it won't spin the tires in 3rd, it **** sure won't in a higher gear. But, the higher gears put more load on the engine, which encourages the clutch to slip.
