Unhappy Braking shake

Hey iv got a 97 12v 4x4 that shakes medium braking, it seems like its coming from the rear but i put new drums on the rear and checked the front brakes and they aren't warped, .001" on the passenger side and .003" on driver side. i also checked the drive shaft slip joint if it were seized but it wasn't and i added a bit more grease. I also put on the upgraded bd trac-bar.

And now i have no clue what to check next.
Any ideas are much appreciated.

I usually check them on a road test, at low speeds just apply parking brake slowly until truck starts to slow down. Shouldn't have any shudder as you slow down. If you do then drums are out of round.

A lot of times the sway bar link bushings will cause that exact symtom. If you can't find an obvious brake problem check for worn bushings. The shudder feels the same as a warped rotor.

Don't have a clue why but they do. Chased mine for weeks until I finally asked my son who works on these daily about it. He told me the front sway bar bushings were the cause. Hated to admit it but he was right. No more shudder. Of course I changed every component in the entire front end before I changed them ! And if that joint in the rear has feelable play, I'd change it.
