Battery Cables

My drivers side POS battery cable is junk and I'm not too excited about paying $120 at Dodge for a replacement.. Is there anyone that sells aftermaket cables online, or do I need to bite the bullet? Thanks

Just build your own. It is very easy to do. Go to your local supply store and pick up some 1/0 or 2/0 welding cable, battery post clamps, shrink tube and solder. Its a great Sunday project and you will end up with a better end result. High amperage welding cables/cheap low strand count offshore cables.

My dad has some nice size welding cable at his house, so that'll work good. I too would rather crimp the ends, do you need a special crimping tool, regular pliers, or hows that work? Thanks for the suggestions
