Is this a Banks exhaust housing

I bought this 98 12 vlave and the previous owner said it had the banks kit on it. Is see it has the twin ram intake, although I've never seen a gray one, wastgate actuator, guages, and muffler. The downpipe looks stock to me, it goes from the turbo all the way to behind the cab and it's 3" pipe. The exhaust housing looks to be stock, what do you think. By the way, how do you adjust the boost with this setup. Here's a couple pics.

Chances are

if it came with a twin ram, it probably came with a 14cm housing. My truck came with what yours has and it has the 14cm housing, although it looks a bit larger on mine, IIRC

Boost adjustment comes from a boost elbow, or you can adjust the wastegate....

that looks like the 14cm banks housing I have. It should say "Banks" across the back of the housing in big letters. You have to lean way back there to see it, but it will say that if it is.

Banks doesn't use a boost elbow on their kits, you have to adjust the turnbuckle at the wastegate actuator to change the boost.
They do come adjusted from Banks to match the fuel you're adding, about 30 psi. Even with adjustment you might not be able to get it much higher.

Thanks for the help, still new at this. How would you adjust the Banks turnbuckle? Would it be better to get a boost elbow, and if I did would the Banks actuator stay in its place or take it off and run the line to the new boost elbow. I get 28lbs boost right now, would like a little over 30. By the way Infidel, where in Montana you from? I'm from North Dakota stuck in Florida now but moving up to Great Falls soon.
