Banjo Bolt Crush Washers
I had the banjo bolts off of the filter housing last week and replaced all the bigger crush washers but the not the smaller ones that are one the small line on top the inlet line. Now it looks like I'm leaking fuel from those crush washers.
I need the cummins part number for those smaller washers if anyone knows it.

Generally you can reuse those seal washers several times before they get shmushed out to where they leak unless there is a bit of dirt on them. I would try removing them and spray things down with brake/parts clean or good ole wd-40, then reassemble it. watch your torques so you don't snap the bolt, spec is 6 lb/ft torque. easy to snap and will leak if dirty.

They may be dirty but I lost one and ended up digging through a drawer and using an old one that wasn't neccesarily made for that application so I would like to get the correct and new washers for this line. I had the new ones for the larger line on that side as well as the larger one for the outlet line. I need the little ones for the line on top of the inlet line.
What is that second line for? It runs around behind the head, just not sure where to?

The small line on top of the rear line fitting (filter inlet) is for the injector return fuel. The foreward line (filter out)goes to the inj pump and has the air bleed screw on top. I don't have part numbers, but would suggest taking the banjo bolt with you and go to a cummins shop to make sure you get the correct ones. Most diesel repair shops will have an assortment to choose from. I NEVER throw away unused gasket washers and put them in a drawer just for times like you are having. My kids have really made fun of me for keeping "junk" around, but have humbled themselves and meekly asked for items of "little value". Now they are worse pack rats than me. Good luck

I haven't put them on yet but they look like the right size.
