Question Idle adjustment
Need to adjust idle RPM, can see no mechanical adjustment. Also when engine is shut off, I can hear a puff of air, just for an instant. Is there a pop off valve or could this be an Intercooler leak? Any advise??

98 2500 12 valve, 177,00 mi 2WD Auto trans

The "puff of air" you are hearing could be the deflector for the defrost closing when the vacuum is removed when shutting down.
