I Have A 1998 24valve And It Does Not Seem To Have Enough Power, Fuel Pressure Is 15psi At Idle And 11 Psi Going Down The Road, Just Wondering If This A Problem Or Not. Thank You For Any Help

 

What is the fuel pressure at WOT (Wide Open Throttle)??? SLAM that go pedal on the floor and then tell us what the pressure is....

The fuel pressure at idle really doesnt mean anything....

 

wot pressure is 10 to 11psi

 

Your fuel pressure is OK, maybe you are in the limp mode or starting in 2nd if you have an auto. where are you? we have the same last name.

 

Im confused here...you say you have 11 psi at cruise...

and then say you have 10-11 psi at WOT....

Never seen or heard of this with a stock lift pump/fuel system.

If the pressure at WOT is in fact 10-11 psi, then your fuel pressure is good. Shoudnt be less than 7 psi at WOT (measured after fuel filter).

haveu checked your intercooler tubes that run from the turbo to the intake manifold?
