Code P0113 air Temp. sensor, where is it? truck starts when cool, or when I cool down drivers side of engine with a hose, cool down with water for about a minute and it starts fine, runs good, check codes with scanner and it threw the code P0113, seems like that might be the problem, any help ?

the air temp sensor on my 98 12v is right on top of the intake just behind where the air comes into the intake. it has a small wiring harness plugged into it. two wires i think. here is a link to show you how you can test it. i got this from infidel: http://dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/trouble...niford_htr.htm

it is mostly about testing grid heater problems but there is a section on the air temp sensor.

p.s. there is no "g" in cummins

Keep that cold water AWAY from the injection pump.
