47re and heater blower?

Hey i thought i had my problem solved with my trans locking and unlocking. my batteries were under sized and my alternator was bad. I replaced both and cleaned my grounds. I thought the problem was solved cause the problem no longer existed when the head lights were on. But when i turn the heater blower on, regardles to the headlights being on or off, the trans kicks out of gear or unlocks. could it be some kind of short? Its almost like the blower control is a swith to the trans prob. Not a big deal, leave the heater off right. but it is going to get cold. I am about totally dumbfounded by now.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Might just try wraping the alternator positive cable with tin foil. Then I folded foil over the wiring to computer, the connector above engine on cowl, and as much wiring that carried alternator load. . Just be sure and not short the tin foil to positive. It was crude and showed alternator noise was the issue.
Have now went with shielded cable around the current wires and then grounded these wires. Also installed a capicator to + alt terminal. Leaving on 600 mile trip Friday and will be first test of newly installed shielding system.
