400+ hp

Well i was lookin at the 24v but i found a 97 for a better deal... but as im aware they only come in a 12v. what would it take to get those up to 400 or more hp? Thanks for the info<br>

A big line of credit at your bank...then send the truck to wildcat diesel or jannetty racing or piers diesel and let them work their magic....dont forget your letter of credit from your bank....hehehe<br><br>In this day and age 400 HP from a 12v is very possible ;D<br>

370hp Injectors=$420,4K rev kit=$225,Clamp wastegate,and My favorite PROPANE. ;D And if its a auto then a new TC I would go with a DTT 93%=$925.

Being a mechanic, I like having the 12v and being able to tinker. Having a '98, I have the updated interior which I like the best of the two. Not looking to get shot down but I haven't seen a hole lot of reliability issues with bombing a 12v pump or P7100 verses the 24v pump. On the other hand I've personally seen 490+ Hp on a Dyno Jet from IdahoCTD's 24v without propane....

97 12 valve 215 HP motor<br>. #10 TST plate $225, 370 Diamond B injectors $300(on sale), and a Piers 3K GSK $150 = 405 RWHP. No propane or nitrous, straight diesel only.
